Customers are suggested to read, understand and strictly abide by the following refund policy of Essay Mall, prior to placing any order:

  • In a condition, where the customer has doubts on satisfaction even after 7 revisions, the customer is allowed to contact our customer support for filing a comprehensive complaint about the issue. From there, it's our responsibility to take further actions such as:

    Assigning the essay to some other writer who can easily accomplish this task in a successful manner.

    Or

    Offering complete money back to the customer.

  • Essay Mall retains absolute rights to grant a full refund to its customers in case of minimal delays in processing the order or some minor inconsistencies in the content. As such issues are not that crucial for a complete refund; therefore, concerned authorities can decide whether or not to offer an absolute refund.
  • In a condition, when the customer's credit card is charged twice by mistake, Essay Mall will be responsible to refund the mistakenly-charged amount to the customer.

Contact And Argument Settlement Policy

  • If the customer is unsatisfied with the delivered essay, the customer first has to inform the authorities of Essay Mall for a quick settlement instead of contacting any third party.
  • In case both the parties, i.e., Essay Mall and customer, fail to settle the concerned issue within 2 weeks, then the customer holds full rights to contact the intermediary for further negotiation.
  • If the customer fails to contact Essay Mall before requesting a chargeback, it will be considered as a breach of the contract and serious actions will be taken accordingly.
